We want you to be completely satisfied with your floral vinyl floor mats; if your purchase doesn't perfectly bloom in your home, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Please note that custom-sized mats are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your floral mat and place it back into its original protective shipping tube to ensure it remains flat and free of creases during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned mat for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
